The location of the hotel was central, not far from the main sea front. Also, Eric Morecambe Statue was a few steps away from here.

We had a real good stay, appreciated the place and would come there again. This budget hotel was ideal for what we needed, good value. The location was comfortable, relatively near Eric Morecambe Statue. The room was huge and modern, accommodating staff. The breakfast was sumptuous, they make plenty of meals.

All in all everything was excellant, had a very nice stay for 2 nights. The room was modern and neat, and with an awesome view over the bay. Central location near to Heysham, and promenade, it was in a pretty nice area. The place was a short walk to Secret Bistro, where you can have dinner.
The staff were unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Ken
The staff was very very nice and pleasant, the accommodation was brilliant and neat. The hotel had a central position adjacent to the shopping centre, festival market and amusements, the promenade, and the main sea front. The venue was also within a 25-minute walk from Venus and Cupid Sculpture.

Really enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel: incredible food and fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. The room was great-sized and well furnished with beautiful view, tea, as example for a pleasant stay for 2 nights. This property was set in a central area just next door to town/shopping centre, Heysham-the Isle of Man ferry and sea front. Besides, it was next to Winter Gardens.
Some people working there were not professional.

Great value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops, cafes, and bars. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.
